Home from Broomball Provincials :)
My team & I got 5th…out of 5. But it’s ok, we by far were the most spirited team there, & did the macarena on the ice after our last game (which we lost, clearly.) Had a great weekend with a great group of girls whom I love to death, & we played amazing, we really did… Anywhoooo, excited to get back on track with my workout schedule & such now.. updates to come...

Haven’t been posting/reblogging much lately, I’ve been busy with school&such. I’m leaving tomorrow morning (at five a.m., ugh) for broomball provincials, so, yay :) Didn’t quite make my goal of 150 for the tournament, but I realize that for a girl with PCOS, that probably wasn’t that realistic of a goal anyhow. Overall, I’m impressed with my progress so far...

Back to 156.4 this morning, very impressed with myself :) My next goal is to be at 151.4 lbs by the end of February, which would give me -10 lbs since the beginning of 2012! That’s only 5 lbs, so I’m fairly confident I can do it, considering I lost exactly 5 in January. Wish me luck :) Hope everyone elses weigh-ins are going well this week too! xx.

So, considering my week thus far has been screwed up on the exercise front, I’ve taken all the exercises I missed so far (since monday) & added them to my workload for today…oh boy. The only thing I’m leaving out is the 20 minutes on the treadmill I was supposed to do on Monday, because I don’t have time to fit it in anywhere. Anyways, plan for today is now:
