So, considering my week thus far has been screwed up on the exercise front, I’ve taken all the exercises I missed so far (since monday) & added them to my workload for today…oh boy. The only thing I’m leaving out is the 20 minutes on the treadmill I was supposed to do on Monday, because I don’t have time to fit it in anywhere.
Anyways, plan for today is now:
35 squats,
200 jumping jacks (only 100 left!)
30 mins on exercise bike
Plank as long as possible
20 leg lifts per leg
30 oblique extensions
100 crunches
10 burpees
75 crunches
2.5 km cross-country skiing.
Overall, most of it’s done, so I’m impressed with myself :) Going skiing at 7, but I’ll do the rest now while I’m waiting.
Weighing in tomorrow morning, I know I’m not where I originally wanted to be, but hopefully I’m no more than the 157.2 I was on Wednesday. (YN)
